12 month plus contract minimum/long term. Furnished double room to rent with access to bathroom, kitchen (use of washing machine), conservatory and garden. Newly renovated bungalow in quiet residential area, close to A27 and Lancing train station. Local shops close by. A dog lives in the house from time to time too, along with 2 professional male sharers, who are very easy going.. Must have references available from employer or previous landlord otherwise will not be considered. Landlord is present a couple of days a week.
Lovely house so must be a very tidy, clean and considerate person.
