12 month plus contract minimum/long term. Furnished double room to rent with access to bathroom, kitchen (use of washing machine), conservatory and garden. Newly renovated bungalow in quiet residential area, close to A27 and Lancing train station. Local shops close by. Must have references available from employer or previous landlord otherwise will not be considered. Landlord is present a couple of days a week.2 other lodgers it's a very chilled, non party house. No WFH or children.
Lovely house so must be a very tidy, clean and considerate person.
