Double furnished room in spacious bungalow

This a spacious room in a large property with a drive and garden available. The room is furnished and has a TV and it could include Skye TV at the cost required. There is wifi throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped to include a dishwasher and air fryer. There is a washer/drying machine but also outdoor clothes lines for use. There are two toilets in the property so need to sit with your legs crossed. It is a shared shower room, there is no bath. You would have your own tall fridge/freezer and cupboard space in the kitchen and bathroom. It is in a good location with the Southdowns one mile north and the sea one mile south. It is 10 min walk to the high street and 15 min to the station with direct trains to Brighton, London and Worthing.

I am a nurse and do work nights which means I do need to sleep in the day at times, and would like consideration of noise at these times.

I am an outgoing person who enjoys keeping active and the company of my family and friends who I will have round for socialising at times and you would be welcome to do the same if my home is respected and/or welcome to join in as much or as little as you would like.

I would appreciate tidiness in shared areas even though I may not be myself at times but I do not want to be tidying up after others. You will be responsible for the cleaning your own room.

I am open to any enquiries however would need reassurance/evidence that you have means to keep up with monthly payments which will ideally be by bank transfer on a direct debit/standing order.
