A very quiet cul-de-sac.

King size bed. Drawers, hanging space in wardrobe.

Shared kitchen, bathroom and living/dining room. The shower room (shown) will only be used by me in the morning for a daily shower. Otherwise it is just for the new lodger.

I m an IT professional working mostly from home. An amateur actor and artist too!

This is my home and I have had a number of lodgers over the last few years. Each has stayed long term and has then moved on (either to buy their own property or to move job locations). I try to make it relaxed and friendly too and usually cook a Sunday roast to share (along with a glass or two of wine).

I can also be flexible on rent if someone does not need the room full time.

The room is not available for viewing until the existing occupant moves out (6th February).

I want to find the right lodger, so am delighted to talk before viewing to discuss anything.. I've had a lot of interest from people who have not read my advert. Specifically this is not for a single lodger, not a couple. No pets either.
