Bright, quiet double room for short term lease

Letting out my spare room. It’s a new house so tidy and clean (and decorated nicely I’d like to think). Short term lease as I’ll be in the process of selling my house from September. I’d assume it’s three months minimum but could be up to six months-year depending on how long it takes so would suit someone looking for a short stop gap. As per lodger agreements you’d have at least a month’s notice of change and I’ll also be keeping you updated throughout so no surprises.

Shared bathroom but lots of storage and another loo downstairs.

Bills included which includes fast internet, streaming services, and I even have a coffee machine I could plug in if that’s your bag. There’s also a big garden.

Would probably suit a professional or someone studying best. There’s a desk in your room and pretty peaceful.

I wfh three days a week, two in London, but am usually around my boyfriend’s house half the week too. A couple of weeks a month I’ll have a dog here but not all the time. She’s grown up and gentle though so not likely to bother you.
