Large room on top floor in a Victorian house 2 minutes walk from the seafront, 10 minutes walk to Littlehampton train station.
The house is situated in the Conservation area of the town. A quiet friendly area with the local pub being a community hub. There is also a corner shop with a very helpful owner..

The room is furnished. It measures 4.20 m by 5.36 m.
Wi-Fi through the house. Central heating.. Double glazing.
The bathroom is shared but there is a separate toilet for visitors.
Use of microwave, kettle and washing machine in kitchen
There are 2 senior pets living with me, a dog and a cat. Both are very chilled.
I fully redecorated the house a couple of years ago so it is a fresh and welcoming property.
