PLEASE NOTE you can stay all week or less and the rent will be adjusted accordingly.

Light and spacious triple aspect room in country house; with double bed, ample storage and en-suite basin and loo.
Separate work space. Dedicated and very large bathroom. Fast fibre broadband. Shared use of kitchen/dining room, laundry and large garden.

Very comfortable and well equipped house. .

There will be a monthly uplift to cover heating costs if you work from home. .

Ample parking

Nearest village with a weekly farmers’ market and supermarkets/local shops etc 10 minutes drive.
Must like my big but friendly Great Dane!

Susan is a lovely and engaging person and her Great Dane , Merlin is an imposing but shy personality, but give him enough butt rubs and he warms up to you!
The area has quick connections to Guildford and picturesque villages close by. There are nice walks along the canal close by.'

'Susan is a lovely host with a beautiful and comfortable home! She is a friendly and helpful person who goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Her home is neat and cosy and her garden an amazing place to do work and enjoy some fresh air. Her dog Merlin was very sweet and gentle; he is an added amenity that will bring you lots of smiles.
Overall, I couldn't recommend Susan and her home enough and would happily stay there again next time I need accommodation in Loxwood.'

'I lodged at Susan’s house for 1 year and I felt very safe and settled during my stay. Susan is very friendly and welcoming, and Merlin the dog is a gentle giant. The room is quiet and comfortable, with drawers to store your belongings in too. I would definitely recommended staying here to anyone.'
