The room available is a double with a ajoinng home office/dressing room. The room includes a 50" smart TV, and large full-length mirror and king king-size bed.
Our household includes me,, one other female lodger, a 4-year-old red setter and a 7-year-old Persian cat. They are both very friendly, so the new tenant must like animals.
The house has a Large bathroom with a walk-in shower and a shower over the bath. Upstairs and downstairs toilet. Large kitchen with seating for 6.
Off-road parking for up to four cars.

Please note that your own transportation is preferred, as Loxwood doesn’t have reliable public transportation. The closest train station is Billingshurst, which is approximately 6 miles away..
