Double Room – Countryside Setting

Double Room Available in a Country Cottage Near Billingshurst

We’ve got a good-sized double room becoming available in our country cottage.

The house is in a very rural spot surrounded by fields and countryside, so you’ll definitely need your own transport. This isn’t one for someone who wants to walk to the shops or rely on public transport every day.

You’ll be living with me and my partner Lucy. We’re pretty laid back people but we like a clean, respectful home where everyone does their bit and takes some pride in where they live.

The house has plenty of parking, a garden, good shared living space and generally feels more like a home than a typical house share.

We’re looking for someone mature, working and easy to get on with. Someone who values having a peaceful place to come back to after work and understands that living with other people means everyone contributing and looking after the place.

Rent is £950 per month and includes all bills.

This isn’t the cheapest room you’ll find, but you’re getting a lot more than just a bedroom. If you’re looking for somewhere quiet, surrounded by countryside, with good people and a bit of space to breathe, it could be a great fit.

We’re in no rush and would rather find the right person than fill the room quickly. We’d like to meet up, have a chat and make sure it’s the right fit for everyone before agreeing anything.
