Double room in peaceful house on the South Downs.

I am offering a light and spacious double room with a private living area. The room is furnished and has its own private bathroom. The room contains a single bed, bedding and linen, sofa, hanging rail, drawer unit and has additional storage under the bed.
You will have your own bathroom with a bath and shower. Shared kitchen area with appliances and a garden with furniture. No smoking inside but you can smoke in the garden.

Please note the room has a single bed but also has its own sofa and coffee table so you can have your own space. The room has an amazing view of the South Downs so it is great if you like walking or just waking up to something peaceful. It’s a very quiet street due to the secluded location. Parking is free on the street. Fast Wi-Fi.

I work from home and live alone with my dog (he is small, friendly and basically silent!) so you will be the only other housemate. I’m looking for someone clean, respectful and conscientious. Not suitable for someone working from home since I also work from home.

Very accessible to a27. Nearest station is lancing (1.4 miles away) and locl bus routes a few minutes walk away (no7 ) .

I require references and proof of stable income.

I have an enhanced dbs check. The house is fully compliant with gas safety certification and co2 alarms.
