Double room to rent

Lovely double room available in a friendly, relaxed home.

I’m flexible and easy-going and would ideally like to share with a fellow professional who is friendly and respectful. I’m not overly house rulesy, just value respect, open, honest communication and being able to chat about things if they come up.

I’m looking for a home that feels relaxed and comfortable, with quiet time from around 9pm — ideally someone who appreciates a fairly calm evening routine.

The bathroom has a bath, although the bath is currently out of order. The shower is available to use.

Due to limited space, I plan to create some storage space in my small third bedroom, which you will be welcome to use.
