Double room available in a friendly, relaxed home.

Access to whole house.

I’m flexible and easy-going and would ideally like to share with a fellow professional who is friendly and respectful. I’m not overly house rulesy, just value respect, open, honest communication and being able to chat about things if they come up.

A home that feels relaxed and comfortable, with quiet time from around 9pm — ideally someone who appreciates a calm evening routine.

The bathroom has a bath, although the bath is currently out of order. The shower is available to use.
