A Large,Light, Sunny Double Room in Pretty Village

I live in a lovely cottage located in a pretty village on the outskirts of petworth with an award winning pub.
I am looking for a lodger who should be a non smoker, preferably professional but not vital.
I am a widow with 2 adult children who live in London and Chichester
and am an amateur artist working from home.
Our household is very relaxed
with a 5 year old Dandi Dinmont terrier who is part of the family
The accommodation is self contained and is comprised of a large, light airy double room which overlooks the garden with a view of the South Downs in the distance also the front of the cottage overlooks Petworth Park.
I am 2 minutes from Petworth and the A272, 10 minutes from Pulborough Station on the Victoria Line and 20 minutes from Haslemere station on the Waterloo line.
Chichester is a 20 minute drive with the coast a further 10 minutes, Goodwood racecourse is 20 minutes drive and Cowdray Park with Polo and. a great farm shop 10 minutes
