* Shared Kitchen/Diner, sorry no lounge but there is a TV in your bedroom
* Shared washing machine, you'll need to use a laundrette to dry clothes or put outside as no drying in room to avoid damp / mould
* Off road parking for 1 car for tenant - guests will need to park on the road.
* Shared bathroom & downstairs cloakroom
* Council Tax included
* Bills included for fair use excess use will be charged extra
* Free up to 10MBps broadband not fastest but OK for light use
* 5 min from bus stop that runs to Gatwick, Three Bridges or Town
* Single occupation only and no guests past 10pm or to stay overnight
* No smoking or vaping tenant
* Will need references / pay slips / bank statements
* Will be 3 people max in house once rooms let
* Min term one month with 6 month max
* No pets as I have allergies
