I have 1 room to rent ideally on a short term basis for training courses/night stops etc

- Available immediately
- 1 double room in a modern 4-bed new-build on the Forgewood Estate

* Double with built-in wardrobes (x3) - £650 pcm or 25 per night
* Shared main bathroom (bath & shower) between 2 people
* TV with Netflix in the room
* Grey side table
* All bills included
* Money upfront before arrival or 1 month deposit

The house 🏡 🏡
* Spacious living room with two double sofas
* Open-plan kitchen / dining / social space
* Sunny garden with garden furniture on order!
* Downstairs toilet
* Free on-street parking which is extremely quiet and loads of space (or a drive depending if my car is there)

Location 📍 🗺️

* 5 mins drive to Gatwick ✈️ and a local Tesco (or a Waitrose if like me you like their free coffee!)
* Regular buses nearby to Gatwick, Crawley & Brighton (the bus stop is 2 minute walk from the house)
* Convenient local (and lovely) pub also a 2 minute walk away

👋🏻 About me (and my house mate) 👋🏻

I work in London in the property sector and usually go in 2/3 days a week. The other days I wfh. I am using one of the bedrooms upstairs as an office from this week so the kitchen table will be clear of my monitor etc. I really enjoy going to the gym and being outdoors. Quite happy to chill with people and also be on my own. Very clean and tidy too!

I live with a friend who I have known for years. He isn’t at home during the day and like me is super chill and friendly.
