Lodgers have their own entrance area equipped with a fridge-freezer, microwave and toaster. Dishes can be washed in the utility room. The fitted cupboards provide plenty of dry food storage. The ground floor bedroom has a single bed, large wardrobe, desk, office chair, a large chest of drawers. The modern shower and loo is adjacent. Energy, Water, Council tax and Broadband are included.

The shared kitchen is fully equipped if more than microwave cooking is desired. There is a sink, washing machine and ironing board in utility room. A washing line hoist is available in large garden. Central heating is provided as is an additional electric radiator. Lodgers may use the spacious garden, with seating in quiet corners.

There is a good village store, a doctor, dentist, 2 pubs and an ancient church. Easy access to the countryside.

Short commute to Dunsfold Park (8 mi.) Horsham (7mi), Cranleigh (5mi) Guildford (15 mi) from where London is 45 mins by train. The hourly number 63 bus links the village to Horsham and Guildford.

The Downs Link Footpath connecting Guildford to Shoreham on the coast is 2 mins away.

We are a retired married couple who enjoy an active life, and enjoy the company of others, but we leave you free to come and go as you wish...
