The house has a dining room with sofa plus a small garden with a bar area, TV, dart board. There is a drive and on street parking.
It is a short walk to the village where there are lots of shops, cafes and restaurants. You can walk to the beach and the train station is 8min walk.
I have one other lodger (30 year old lady) who has been with me 4 half years, we socialize regularly and you would be more than welcome to join us.
