The double bedroom, on the 2nd floor, can be furnished or unfurnished and shares access to a shower room/toilet (I have my own bathroom on the 1st floor). I have a garage and there is on-street parking in the close. I don't mind if you smoke (I'm a smoker). I also have 3 cats, who are very friendly :) The house is c. 10 mins walk from the station and Shoreham High Street - ideal if you commute to work. I have broadband and WiFi.
