Large studio room available overlooking the beach

I have a very large double studio room overlooking and with access to Shoreham Beach. The room size is 21ft x 13ft and will be available from mid september. It has its own en suite with toilet/shower/large basin/heated towel rail. Additionally in the room is a double bed with storage underneath and a very good mattress. Small table & chairs and comfy sofa. TV also should you need it. It also has 2 very large double built in cupboards/wardrobes so there would be lots of space . In the bedroom there is a kettle and toaster with fridge/freezer for ease. Also a microwave. Along the hallway is a kitchenette which has a small oven (large enough to roast a chicken though) large sink and a washing machine. There is an additional washing machine and a heated airer in the garage or you can have your own airer in your room There is no dryer.

Parking on the driveway. If you wish to be completely independent you can come and go from the French doors in your room. There is no access to the main kitchen or sitting room which is actually upstairs as this is an upside down house! Entrance also to back garden This room would not suit couples or anyone working from home full time or having friends stay over. Its quite an independent space and hopefully you will enjoy the location as much as we do
