I have a very large newly decorated double room with a single bed.
It is a light, clean, single occupancy room with a large desk space. It is west facing with a good amount of storage, a comfy chair and a table.

With shared use of bathroom, huge kitchen diner, large conservatory with comfy chairs and large garden. Free Wifi.

It would suit someone who is working in Brighton, Shoreham or Worthing.
I'm looking for a non smoker who is clean, tidy & respectful/ mindful of others.
Someone who wants a quiet and calm home.

Mon-Fri lodgers considered.

Please note you will need to provide 1 months rent & £700 deposit up front.
The whole rent needs to be paid regularly, in full, on the 1st of the month.
I will also need 2 references, one from your previous landlord and the other from your employer.

There are lots of great local facilities.
It is a 20 minute walk to the railway station and we also close to the bus stops. There's easy, free parking outside the house.

My home and garden is my work space and sanctuary. I am quite spiritual and environmentally friendly.
You will be sharing with my husband & I and 1 other lodger.
