It is light, clean single occupancy room; with desk space , it is west facing with good amount of storage, comfy chair and table.

With shared use of bathroom, huge kitchen diner, large conservatory with comfy chairs and large garden. Free Wifi.

It would suit someone who is working in Brighton, Shoreham or Worthing.
I want a non smoker who is clean, tidy & respectful/ mindful of others.
Someone who wants a quiet and calm home.

Mon-Fri lodgers considered.

Please note you will need to provide 1 months rent & £650 deposit up front.
The whole rent needs to be paid regularly, in full, on the 1st of the month.
I also need 2-3 references from previous landlords/ work/ personal.

There are lots of great local facilities.
It is a 20 minute walk to railway station. Easy, free parking outside house.

My home and garden is my work space and sanctuary. I am quite spiritual and environmentally friendly.
You will be sharing with my husband & I and 1 other lodger.
