There are also 2 washing machines and a tumble dryer available to use (operated by coin machines) at £1 an hour.

The house is well located and close to all transport links, local shops nearby and a short walk to the city centre and train station (13 minute walk). The A27, Shoreham Airport and Holmbush Shopping Center are a 5, 7 and 6 minutes ride.
