Southwater is a large "village" (12,000 pop approx) which is not only ideally situated close to Horsham (railway etc) but is also convenient for Crawley, Gatwick, Worthing and Guildford. The property is close to bus routes, shops, doctors, dentist, library, Southwater Country Park and the Downs Link which is popular with walkers and cyclists.
Parking is available in the quiet road. The rent is £700 per calendar month and a £150 deposit is required. All bills, including Wifi are included. The room is available from 11.4.26.
