✅ All deposits and rent paid / returned via BACS to UK personal bank accounts only, and as named in the SpareRoom’s Lodgers’ Licence Agreement
✅ Valid security checks preferred - DBS, UK Airside ID or Emergency services/NHS etc. (Both myself and current housemate have enhanced DBS’s)
✅ A verifiable professional reference from your Employer or Accountant is essential
