The shared lounge has a cozy wood burner and the well-equipped kitchen is available for your use - this includes the washing machine and tumble dryer in the utility room.

Flexible availability a possibility for the right situation

Free parking in the lay-by opposite and the driveway is often available

I work part-time providing support services at various schools

For peace of mind -

✅ Rent & deposits paid / returned via BACS to UK personal bank accounts only, and as named in the SpareRoom’s Lodgers’ Licence Agreement
✅ Valid security checks preferred - e. g. UK drivers license check code, DBS, UK Airside ID, Emergency services/NHS etc. (I have an enhanced DBS)
✍️ A verifiable reference (not financial) from your Accountant or Employer would be fabulous!

😀 Catch up / on-demand services on YouTube, itvX, 4oD, My5, U, Netflix, Prime, Disney, Apple TV & Paramount etc. are all good.
