Double room in pretty cottage

Hi, if you like wood burning stoves, I have a double room to rent in a pretty terraced cottage which is 200 years old and just round the corner from Steyning High Street with its range of food and clothes shops, cafes, delis, and pubs.

Although there is no allocated parking, you can always find somewhere to park close by and it has never been a problem since I moved here from Hove last November.

I work from home (so I have WiFi Broadband connection) and I absolutely love it here. It's very friendly.

There's a small garden and a studio out the back from where I usually work.

I would like to find a professional woman who, ideally, is not here the whole week and who would feel at home and have respect for the decor which I love and which is a work still in progress.

I'm a very young non smoking 50 something divorcee, no children and no pets (at least not at the moment).

The rent includes utility bills and normal phone calls that are not charged out at a premium rate.
