Hello! I have a large double room available to rent in my home mid September. For £580 per month the room is also available on a Monday to Friday basis. Females only please

The room is in the front part of the house, (set apart from mine near the back) with beautiful views over the river and surrounding countryside. It's newly decorated and nicely furnished. with beautiful shutters.

The modern shared bathroom has a claw topped bath and power shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with large fridge freezer and washer dryer. There is a lovely dining room overlooking the back garden and pleasant sitting room with a log fire.

Rent includes everything: all bills, super fast broadband, council tax etc, use of the patio and garden, set on several rising levels.

My house is an attractive Edwardian terrace which combines character with comfort. It has triple glazing, so is really warm in winter, enhanced by two log burners. It's wonderfully situated in a friendly street, a semi-rural location near to the most beautiful riverside walks. The no 2 bus stops outside, running between Henfield, Steyning and Brighton. However you would probably need a car, given the country location

I am a young at heart, open-minded healthcare professional with an active life. I have rented a room out to people for several years now and always set things up on a proper footing with the Spareroom contract. I think this place would suit a young professional looking for a calm environment. I enjoy chatting in the kitchen but also like my space, just as I expect you do.

A big highlight is my little cat, who is cute and shy, and once she gets to know you is a delight.
