The room has space for a double bed and desk/study area and comes with the use of your own private bathroom.

You'll also have full use of the kitchen and shared areas of the house, along with washing machine, Wi-Fi and the usual household facilities. All bills are included.

There is plentiful free parking, so this would particularly suit someone with a car.

We're a friendly family household and are looking for one mature, postgraduate or PhD student who would enjoy having a quiet, comfortable home to come back to rather than living in a traditional student house.
