Upstairs, furnished bedroom available.
Not all the furniture has to stay in there, it’s been furnished as a guest room the last year.
Shared accommodation with a professional mum and her 17 year old (who love dancing, camping, binge watching Brooklyn 99 and being out) and another long standing lodger (who has a passion for travel, good food and music and being healthy).
We are all very tidy - be warned.
Also be warned that we have 2 very friendly cats and a very old and boring snake called Floyd.
We are shift workers - day/night/weekends so it is not a 9-5 household.
We are also very sociable - like to have a chat, a drink and have friends over to play games.

We are looking for someone who is responsible, tolerant, tidy and kind.
Ideally would have experience working in health/social care/schools and a DBS check would be reassuring.
Boy/girlfriends can potentially stay over but no more than 3 nights a week and not until we know you and feel safe.
Initially the contract would be for 3 months to get to know each other.

5 min walk to the middle of nowhere - fields and hills
2 min walk to bus stop for 2A bus to Shoreham station and Brighton - runs every hour
10 min walk from swimming pool and leisure centre

good road links to the rest of the universe
lots of pubs and restaurants
quirky shops
Too many coffee shops
a long and illustrious history
a couple of churches
some evil and wicked running and cycling routes for the fitness freaks
a swimming pool and leisure centre, library, fire station
