Single room in quiet area

Kitchen and view

I live in a friendly quiet area of Steyning 10 mins from high st, 3 min to bus stop. It is a young area near to the school. Would most likely suit someone wanting a quietish life, im young at heart and get on with all ages but would prefer someone between 25-55. I live a quiet life out of necessity so would need a lodger to respect this . You would also have to get on with cats as i have 3 i adore . The room is 9ft by 7ft, laminate floor with 2 plug sockets. In kitchen i have a washer/dryer and an outside line if needed, along with microwave and small cooker. The room has a wardrobe ,chest of draws and a double sofa bed which im told is very comfortable . There is a small bathroom between the rooms with a bath and shower over bath . I have a cosy living room area with one sofa and a large bean sofa /chair , fiber optic broadband , large TV with Sky . We have private parking and i have a space out front of my house if needed .
