The room comes with a Smart TV, high-speed broadband, and it is next to the shared bathroom, like having a suite. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the mod cons air fryer, washing machine etc etc. Vacuum cleaner. The guest is responsible for supplying all their own food, toiletries, and general cleaning equipment, as well as keeping the room and shared areas clean and tidy.
If you are not a dog lover, this room is not for you. The owner has 3 impeccably well-trained Akitas, which reside in the front room and the back garden; these are private areas that would not be accessible without permission.
This room is not suitable for a work-from-home professional; instead, it would suit a professional who goes to work every day (MOST DAYS AND HAS A LIFE).
After an initial trial period, there would be a 1-month rollover, with 1 month's notice on either side.
To maintain the peace and quiet of the residence, so that the dogs do not react, NO guests are allowed at all.
Also, please be aware that if any dog does not like person, then clearly it's no good. If you love big dogs, and are not scared, and they like you, it's easy.
