Lovely double room available (single occupancy) in a 3 bed semi detached dog friendly house. (One very friendly and loving spaniel)
Located not to far from East Grinstead town and also very close to the countryside.
It is approx. a 15 min walk to the Historic High Street.
There is a Pub, post office/corner shop and bus stop all 2 mins walk. There is on road parking at the property.

We are both very clean and tidy working professionals.

The house is a 1930’s 3 bed semi, with a large kitchen/diner and shower room with a rain shower. basin and toilet shared with two others.
The available room is located at the back of the house overlooking the garden.
House and facilities shared with a two others and you would have own shelf in fridge , (or fridge if required) shelf in the freezer and cupboard.
All bills included ( no landline available )
Length of stay is negotiable and can be discussed..
