Sharing with a friendly family with a 18 year old and a pug called Otis.

The room is very comfortable, airy and furnished with Super-king size bed, two wardrobes and a chest of drawers. The space allows for additional items if required - such as a desk, chairs etc.

A comfortable shower room downstairs is located near the room, which is also downstairs. With additional bathroom upstairs.

Parking is available in the front garden and there is a large rear garden with patio area and allotment.

All bills are included. Although if you work from home full time, an additional charge of £20 a month will be included.

We are looking for a professional who is respectful and tidy.

We have a celiac in the house, a gluten free lodger would be fantastic or person with an awareness of this would be helpful.
