Two beautifully presented single-occupancy rooms will be available from 1 October 2026, possibly earlier, in a very quiet, professionally run property i- a 5 minute walk to Three Bridges Station (with direct trains to central London and Brighton)

This is particularly suited to trainee pilots, cabin crew trainees, aviation professionals and people working around Gatwick or Manor Royal. I am also very happy to consider other quiet working professionals who would fit well with the household.

This is not a large 6–8 person house-share. I deliberately keep the property small, clean and peaceful. You will be sharing with 2 other professionals, there are 3 rooms in total in the detached property. I travel extensively, so although it is advertised as a live in lodger, I am in fact often away as I can work remotely.

GREY ROOM – £850 pcm, all bills included
A spacious double room with a king-size bed, desk/workspace, Smart TV and plenty of storage. The main bathroom is shared with just one other bedroom/person.

Both rooms are for single occupancy only.

The property has become particularly popular with aviation trainees, and I am currently hosting three easyJet pilot trainees, two of whom are moving on to the US for further training.

A 6 month commitment is preferred, although I am happy to discuss individual circumstances. I could also consider a Monday to Friday or similar arrangement, as I could potentially rent the rooms on Airbnb at weekends.

I am looking for people who are clean, quiet, respectful and genuinely value a peaceful home. This would not suit somebody looking for a busy or highly social house-share.
