About Me

Hi! I’m 31 and a professional. I’m easy-going, respectful and enjoy having a home that’s clean, comfortable and relaxed. I work from home twice a week, so it’s important that the house has a calm atmosphere during the day. If you work from home too, that’s absolutely fine.

I’m not looking for just anyone to fill the room – I’d really like to find someone who values their home, is considerate and is easy to live with. I’m fairly social and happy to have the occasional chat, but I also respect personal space and understand everyone has their own routines.

I’m looking for a professional aged 28–35. Unfortunately, I won’t be considering applicants outside of this age range. Ideally, you’re someone who is neat, tidy and takes pride in keeping shared spaces clean without it becoming a chore. Reliability, good communication and mutual respect are really important to me.

The ideal flatmate is simply a decent, kind person who is easy to get on with. Someone who pays bills on time, cleans up after themselves, respects each other’s space and helps make the house feel like a home rather than just somewhere to sleep.

The House

The property is a spacious three-bedroom house in a great location, just a 15-minute walk from both Three Bridges and Crawley mainline stations, making it ideal for commuters.

The available room is a fully furnished double bedroom, ready to move into from November.

There is parking available at the property. As it’s so close to the stations, the area is permit parking, so a parking permit would be required if you have a car (this can be discussed).

Bills & Household Essentials

The rent includes all bills, so there are no extra monthly costs to worry about. I’ll also cover all shared household essentials, including toilet roll, kitchen roll, cleaning products, wipes and other communal items, so you won’t need to worry about buying or replacing those.
