-Only two other residents, both female

-Approximately 10 minutes' walk to Crawley town centre

-Approximately 15 minutes' walk to Three Bridges station

-Frequent local bus connections

Monthly Costs (per person):

-Rent: £520 per month

-Council tax: £78 per month (fixed until the next council tax year)

-Water, electricity, heating & Wi-Fi: Approximately £35–£40 in summer and £60–£70 in winter

Summer: around £640

Winter: £670

All household bills are split equally between the three residents. Utility costs vary monthly depending on usage and the time of year.
