The house is in the historic part of Turners Hill, close to the bus stop, convenience store, hairdressers, two pubs and an award-winning restaurant. Parking is available along the lane and both Crawley and East Grinstead are a short drive away.

The garden is well maintained, there is a barbecue and a small vegetable plot could be available for a gardening enthusiast.

Medium size first floor double bedroom (£700 pcm) with built in wardrobes and a wonderful view of the garden and the evening sunset will be available towards the end February. This room has always been very popular due to its location and anyone interested should not delay in arranging a viewing. This room has now been taken

Ground floor large double bedroom (£735 pcm) will be available after Easter. This room has been very popular and rarely becomes available. The room can be repainted before being available to rent. Please note there are currently no photos of this room on our advert.

We also have a first floor single room which would be perfect for flight crew who need an economic room close to Gatwick. This room is £575 pcm and has been recently painted and is only available for cabin crew. Please note there currently are no photos of this room on our advert.

Although our house has 4 bedrooms we only use a maximum of 3 bedrooms at any one time. This ensures there are sufficient space for everyone and allows lodgers to choose a room which suits their needs and budgets.

The house has always been popular with flight crew and lodgers who work at Gatwick as it is very quiet but within a short drive to the airport.
