A very large double bedroom (for single occupancy) in a semi-detached house in the centre of the village of Turners Hill. The room has just been repainted. Photos show how large the room is with two built in wardrobes.. Carpet has also been recently professionally cleaned.

We also have a single room (with a small double bed) which would be perfect for flight crew who need a smallish room close to Gatwick. The house has always been popular with flight crew as it is very quiet but within a short drive to Gatwick.

The house is in the historic part of Turners Hill, close to the bus stop, convenience store, hairdressers, two pubs and an award-winning restaurant. Parking is available along the lane and both Crawley and East Grinstead are a short drive away.

The garden is well maintained, there is a barbecue and a small vegetable plot could be available for a gardening enthusiast.

Modern amenities: range cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and recently installed super fast fibre broadband.

There is an garden shed for cycles.
