Double room with view of the South Downs. Parking and walk/cycle paths all around the south downs. 10 min drive to train-station. (Shoreham by sea) which is accessible via a cycle path that’s off the road takes around 15/20 mins to cycle along the river Adur. Shops 5 min walk through local park with kids play area. Large garden and conservatory that’s seperate from the house if you smoke 🚬 It’s a quiet road and away from the main roads so very peaceful. House was completely refurbished in 2020 so all modern appliances eg range cooker, double fridge and dishwasher and separate utility room for washing.
