Lovely country home with views

Access to animal Rescue community group sanctuary owned by the landlord just down the road with Horses, birds, cats. Beautiful panoramic views of the Southdown from the bathroom and bedroom. The single bedroom downstairs has a toilet and bathroom right next to it. And the upstairs bedroom has a power shower right next to it. Nice kitchen living room and lovely garden to sit in. Cats in house downstairs. Might suit short-term people who are coming and going. It is essential that the tenant is out of the house during working hours full-time. Sadly, I cannot consider anyone that works from home or very part time work etc so I can consider everybody in the house equally with spacial needs/resources. Would suit somebody with a social life and hobbies / full time work or student. Location rural so car would be needed. Relying gentle environment offered for sociable lodger. Please disclose any mental health struggles or benefits. I would not discount them, but I would like to be made aware of them.
