Amazing single room in newly refurbed house

A single room in a gorgeous newly decorated house. The room has thick pile carpet, a bed with under bed storage and a chest of drawers. The whole house has been refurbished with new electrics, plastering, carpets, doors and decor throughout. There are two reception rooms so plenty of space to watch TV or chill in the evenings and we also have a big garden.
All bills are included, excellent broadband and we have sky TV with lots of channels.
Looking for a mature, responsible person. The person will need to be working full time as I work from home Monday- Friday but happy to discuss.
There is a little French bulldog, she is adorable, so liking dogs is a must!
Smoking is outside only in the garden.
There is plenty of on street parking which isn’t in a permit area and we have a driveway. We are a 1 minute walk to West Worthing station and a 20 minute walk to the seafront.
