Great location. 5 minutes walk from the beach, 8 minutes walk from West Worthing station and a few minutes to the bus stop. Very near to Goring road shops where we have a Tesco and Coop, also restaurants , cafes and bars and a Post Office. Very quiet area. Outside free parking available. I live with my 21 year old son who is just back from travelling and works full time as a Landscaper. I work from home with clients so I would prefer someone who is out at work or college during the day . We are a very happy and fun household. I have a 15 year old cat. I’m very clean and tidy so you would need to be the same. I’m very active and positive , I like to make the most of life but also like to have peace and quiet after 9.30pm in the week.
