I have a good size , nice and light ,single room to rent. There is a single bed, chest of drawer and a clothes rail, I’m happy to take out the furniture if you prefer. There is a TV Ariel. Great location. 5 minutes walk from the beach, 8 minutes walk from West Worthing station and a few minutes to the bus stop. Very near to Goring road shops where we have a Tesco and Coop, also restaurants , cafes and bars and a Post Office. Very quiet area. Outside free parking available. My son is going away traveling so I’m looking for someone whilst he is away. If all works out well I would be happy to extend the 3 month rental, otherwise happy to take someone short term . Also happy to take somebody that wants just Monday to Friday. I work from home with clients so I would prefer someone who is out at work or college during the day . We are a very happy and fun household. I’m very clean and tidy so you would need to be the same. I’m very active and positive , I like to make the most of life but also like to have peace and quiet after 9.30pm .If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to contact me 🙏
