Sunny Double Room

A lovely double room in our owner occupied house. We are a few minutes to the beach and about 10-15 minutes to the station and town.

The room has a wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair and under-bed storage. We have two bathrooms and a large kitchen diner which is communal and utility room. Beautiful gardens front and back you are welcome to share and a lockable garage if you have a bike.

Street parking is generally easy.

We do not smoke in the house.

We are all working and have a friendly, happy household.

We have a small dog called Odie who although shy is better once given treats and gets to know you. There is also Lottie one of our lodgers dogs also small and very friendly.

£400 deposit and if you work from home it will cost £750 per month. I months notice on leaving. Please feel free to get in touch.

I will also need to see proof of your right to rent before you move in and any references you have.
