Beautiful, warm, friendly home

My name is Soraya and I live 5 mins walk from the beach with my 6 yr old dog. My home is my sanctuary, it’s beautiful, peaceful and I have a lovely big walled garden.

I work from home Monday to Friday as an architectural technician, so I would ideally like flatmate who works elsewhere. I am also a chef and run a small but successful sideline catering company. I love cooking and the kitchen is the heart of the house. I don’t drink or smoke, I live a simple & quiet life, I read, I walk my dog a lot, I cook and I love the outdoors. I’m looking for someone to share this lovely space, to enjoy time together when our paths cross and time apart so we get our rest and downtime. The home is clean, tidy and spacious. Your bright room has a small double bed with open shelving, a desk, a TV and a built-in wardrobe. I don’t have off road parking, but there’s plenty of space in the street. We will share a bathroom, I normally wake up at 7am and am in bed by 11pm at the latest! House rules?
