Please note: This is a 1-bedroom property. I am renting out the main double bedroom and private upstairs bathroom to a Monday-to-Friday professional. I sleep downstairs in the living room on the weekends. During the week while I am away for work, you will have the run of the house.

I am offering a fully furnished double room in a clean, modern freehold house for a Monday-to-Friday lodger. I am an engineering professional who works away during the week, meaning you will essentially have the entire house to yourself from Monday evening to Friday morning.

The house features a driveway, a newly installed boiler with Hive smart-controlled heating (so it's always warm when you get back from work), high-speed broadband, and your own private bathroom.

The Arrangement:

Availability: Monday evening to Friday morning only. (No weekend stays permitted, as I return on weekends).

Rent: £525 per month (all bills, council tax, and broadband included).

Belongings: You are welcome to leave your work clothes in the wardrobe and toiletries in the bathroom over the weekend—no need to pack up your life every Friday.

The Ideal Lodger:
I am looking for a clean, respectful professional or contractor (25+) who needs a quiet, reliable, hotel-quality base during the working week.

House Rules:
Because I return to enjoy the house on weekends, the expectation is that the kitchen and communal areas are left spotless on Friday mornings before you leave for work.
