Looking for a warm and sociable housemate to join our colourful home, ideally someone that won’t hide in their room, but are also clean, tidy and reliable.

I work as yacht crew so am heading abroad again for a while but I sometimes stay for a few days here and there when I'm back in the UK, but otherwise I rent 3 rooms out permanently.

Current housemates are 33 year old Krisztina from Hungary, who's a graphic designer and loves vintage clothes, going to gigs, movies and socialising (she will be away for 2 months in March) and 34 year old Spanish girl called Pilar, she's into gaming, photography and art :) I come and go a little from time to time when I'm in the country (I'm 37 from UK).

Permit parking outside (with daily permits available for super cheap.) 5 minute walk to Worthing station and 10 mins walk to town and the beach :)
