Two double rooms available in a fantastic large house in a great location. The rooms have Wi-Fi and Prime Video/Netflix plus other apps.

There is a bathroom plus a separate shower room.
There is a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.
The garden is lovely in the summer for also eating outside or generally enjoying the sun.

The house is a 8 minute walk to Worthing train station and is 60 meters to a parade of shops. The hospital is a 15 minute walk and a large Morrisons is a 8 minute walk. Broadwater shops are an 8 minute walk. The town centre is a 15 minute walk.

You would be sharing with just myself the owner and possibly another tenant.

There is off road parking plus I have a large garage where you could store a bike or anything you do not want in your room.

In my large garage I have a small gym with a treadmill which is great for a run and some weights, machine and bench.

No couples, pets, room shares, home workers.

Due to previous problems I can't allow partners staying overnight.
