We have a perfect location!

Our house is large, bright, airy, clean, modern, colourful and comfortable which we absolutely love. We are a couple of professionals living in our first house and looking to share with someone, who are non-smokers and no pets are allowed.

The room is bright, comfy and spacious, a freshly decorated place with a Wardrobe, a bedside cabinet, a study table with a chair, a mirror, a small fridge, 50" Smart tv and a decent double bed with brand new duvet, mattress topper, bed linen set and pillows.

It is a lovely room with clear views of the gardens. The room is next to the shared bathroom.

We have a good size kitchen-diner and also a washing machine and tumble dryer and a comfortable lounge to relax in of an evening.

There is plenty of space for parking in the driveway and off-road parking as well.

All bills are included in the price i. e., very fast wifi, council tax, utility bills etc.

We are looking for a professional individual with tidy habits and good conversation. As people, we are very polite, friendly, welcoming, considerate and respectful. We are looking for a like-minded person to live on good terms within a pleasant and relaxed environment.

Single Occupancy Only!

We are friendly, and tolerant although wouldn’t appreciate loud music during the night or boyfriends/girlfriends staying overnight, I hope you understand 😊

We require one month deposit, and a minimum of three months stay.
