My kitchen and bathroom are a single room so a max of one person is all I can take on. Visitors welcome but not for overnight stays. I don't smoke but Smokers can either smoke in their room or on the balcony. Room comes with a TV but you'll need a firestick as no sky feed. Washer/dryer in kitchen so laundry easy. No night shift workers as I don't want to be woken up but anyone coming and going while I'm trying to sleep.
