Lovely single bedroom in friendly house

Bright and clean with new bed

Hi there!

I live in a lovely end of terrace house, 6 mins walk from Worthing train station (access to Brighton/Littlehampton/London/Southampton) and 15 mins walk to our beautiful Worthing beach. The 700 bus goes regularly to Brighton.

The single bed room is great for those who work shifts or spend time out and about after work but need a comfortable/cosy base to come back to. The room does not share any walls with any other bedrooms and is easily accessible to the bathroom/toilet (next door).
It has two wide drawers (in bed base) and a tall set of hanging rails for hanging clothes, laundry basket, bedside table, light and two mirrors.

I am looking for an easygoing, kind, respectful and tidy male to live here alongside myself and partner. Someone who is a great communicator and who is flexible when I have friends/family around to stay.

There is a lodger's agreement to sign and references are required prior to move in date.
A deposit is required alongside the monthly rent paid on the first rent date agreed.
