Bright and spacious double room, just an 8-minute walk from the beach, 15-minute walk from Worthing hospital and within easy reach of Worthing town centre (20 mins) and East Worthing railway station (6 mins) by foot. Hop on a train and be in Brighton in just 20 minutes!

The room is furnished with a built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers, mirror, 140x200cm bed, bedside table and lamp. It’s located at the back of the house and overlooks the garden, so it’s nice and quiet.

The room is part of a peaceful, three-bedroom house in a quiet residential area. The home features a modern bathroom, a south-facing lounge and a spacious kitchen-diner with double doors that open out to a private patio, garden and garage (which can be used to store bikes etc.). Additionally, there’s parking spots right outside the house if you have a car.

We’re looking for someone to share our lovely home with us. We’re a couple in our early 30s, both professionals with office jobs and a lovely, shy cat called Bella. We’re very tidy, easygoing and open minded. We love to travel, cook, keep fit, be outdoors and spend time with friends & family. We’d love a housemate who is likeminded.
