A large double room available for rent from 1st September in Worthing town centre.

The property is a spacious 3 bed maisonette, with high ceilings in lounge and hallway. There is one bathroom, and communal use of the lounge and kitchen. There is no gas, so the whole property is electric.
There is no parking available with the property, but you can get a daily visitors permit for £2 to park in any "A Permit" bays if you need to park Mon-Sat between 9am and 6pm.

Bills aren't included in the price of the rent - the bills needed would be for WiFi, electric, water, council tax (band B), bi-weekly cleaner (for all communal areas). In total it'll be £200 max a month for bills.

There are currently 3 others living here (one couple and one who's partner lives long distance), we are an LGBTQ+ household. One is vegetarian, so we are pretty vegetarian/vegan friendly (can use separate pans etc). One tennant is away for work for a few weeks at a time, and the other two work Mondays to Fridays.

We're all very much into our music, love an arts&crafts night, all do a bit of gaming, and we quite often hang out together in the lounge watching tv, go for a drink or two at the pub, have an evening walk along the beach.

We are looking for someone who is relaxed and clean - ideally someone who is up for socialising in the house too. We're more than happy for the person moving in to have friends over and obviously treat the place like a home, but no wild parties! Smokers welcome on the balcony, but no smoking inside the property.

This is a joint tenancy that we've had for the past 5 years, the landlords are happy for us to swap the current tenant that's leaving for someone who's moving in - you'll just need to pay the deposit and go through referencing. Our rent is £1400 in total, which has been split in a way to make it fair (happy to show the breakdown if you'd like).

The bedroom can be furnished with the furniture that's in the photo, £100 for all of it, it not the current tenant will sell it on.
