Gorgeous Double Rooms In Big Victorian House

Hi! We’re easy-going, down-to-earth professionals looking for two lodgers to share our spacious Victorian terrace in East Worthing.

The house is large and comfortable, giving everyone plenty of space to relax. We have two bathrooms – a main bathroom upstairs with a bath, shower and toilet, plus a separate downstairs shower room and toilet.

There’s a huge kitchen-diner, a sun room, and a comfortable lounge, so there’s lots of space to cook, eat, or unwind.

Both rooms are fully furnished and will include:

A comfortable lounging chair

TV with Netflix / Fire Stick access

Bed, storage, and essentials

You’re also welcome to bring some of your own furniture or personal touches if you prefer.

The house is big enough for everyone to have their own space when they want to relax. We also have a garden, perfect for enjoying some fresh air.

Location is great:

A few minutes from East Worthing Station

The beach is just a short walk away

close to Worthing town centre
