You will have your own lockable room, and access to the kitchen and bathroom. (shower).

Various rules are in place, basically re noise levels and tidying up after oneself. I have a cleaner every fortnight for the communal areas.

No smokers. Working professional preferred. Bills included.

The flat is located on a 2nd floor (no lift) 4 minutes walk from Worthing town centre and 4 minutes walk to the beach. 15 minute walk to the railway station.
