You will have your own room, and access to the kitchen and bathroom. (shower).
I have various rules in place, basically re noise levels and tidying up after oneself so we all live in harmony. I have a cleaner who comes every fortnight for the communal areas.

Use of all kitchen facilities, please note there is no oven, but a very good convector microwave oven. Air fryer and other bits and pieces. Fridge, freezer and washing machine.

The flat is located on a 2nd floor (no lift) 4 minutes walk from Worthing town centre, 4 minutes to the beach and 15 minutes to the railway station.
